Robotized palletizing stations have become a popular solution at production plants. More and more companies are choosing this type of solution to speed up production processes and reduce the risk of accidents at work. Palletizing robots may be an extension of the existing line or constitute a separate stand. Until now, our company has dealt with palletizing solutions for wooden details, i.e. fences, box walls and industrial pallets. However, we still create new projects using the palletizing process. Our palletizing robot complements the line of the robotic station for nailing fences and boxes. Thanks to the extremely high repeatability, the wooden parts placed on the pallet are ready for transport, without the need to equate the stack. The details can be arranged in any way - overlapped, one on top of the other, with or without shift.

We design extensions of the current production lines. We have experience in designing belt and roller conveyors. We create both 2D documentation and 3D projects. We carry out electrical measurements using Sonel equipment. We participate in research and development projects with subsidies. We are open to permanent cooperation. We provide special promotions and discounts for regular customers. We also offer services in the field of plasma and oxygen cutting as well as fiber laser cutting.
